M & M Wellness Centre Terms and Conditions

• Right of Admission is reserved.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and appointments are subject to availability.
• Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance to occupy a place in the diary. Payment secures an appointment.
• No Debit or Credit Cards facilities available.
• EFT payments must be deposited before your appointment and please bring the proof of the deposit.
• Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment. Please be punctual as late arrivals will forfeit some of the time allocated, to reduce disruption to other clients.
• Cancellation of your appointment must be made by you in person at least 24 hours in advance.
• If M&M is not notified by you in person within 15 mins from time of the booked appointment, the appointment is cancelled and the client forfeits the paid appointment.
• NO appointments are carried over, and NO refunds will be given.
• M&M Holistic Wellness Centre is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur while visiting the premises.
